We worked with a Las Vegas real estate investor from October 2025 – March 2025 to use Reddit marketing as a lead generation pipeline.
This local client has service areas all over Las Vegas, as well as the neighboring areas of Pahrump, Boulder City, and Mesquite.
We identified all of the local subreddits that matched his service areas and setup keyword monitoring for all relevant topics.
Then, we got to work leaving comments and posts in those local subreddits.
In addition to getting leads directly from Reddit, this client also started showing up in LLMs like Perplexity.
But it’s not just Perplexity where this client’s site is getting listed as citations.
He’s also citations in Claude, chatGPT, Gemini and in Google’s AI overviews and AI mode.
Despite that fact that our work this client didn’t extend past March 2025, nine months later that client is still reaping the rewards of the Reddit marketing work we did in Q1 2025.
As of June 2025, this client had closed over $250,000 in new leads directly attributable to our work.
