Overview
We are seeking part-time Reddit Content Specialists to join our 100% remote team. As a Reddit Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling, strategic content that sparks conversations, drives engagement, and enhances brand visibility across diverse Reddit communities for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to flex your creative writing skills while ensuring our content strategy aligns perfectly with audience interests and platform trends.
Just Reddit Agency is growing quickly and our ideal candidates are interested in growing with us. We are looking to promote from within and are seeking candidates who aspire to leadership roles.
This position starts at $15/hr for the first 90 days. High performing candidates can see pay increases and bonus opportunities in as soon as two weeks with us.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in writing or can demonstrate good social media writing skills
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is willing to learn the value of Reddit as a channel to both clients and team members
- Is process driven and excellent at time management
- Is driven and self-directed in a remote work environment
- Passionate about staying sharp and plugged into platform trends, subreddit dynamics, and Reddit’s ever-changing culture
- Is a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Can commit to 25 hours per week
- Is okay with potentially seeing NSWF content on Reddit
- Is comfortable with and sensitive to all communities
Responsibilities May Include:
- Researching subreddits, user behavior, and community norms to identify growth angles and messaging opportunities
- Creating and managing comment strategies, Reddit-first content formats, and white-hat participation methods
- Managing the Reddit tech stack so we don’t get our accounts banned or removed
- Staying up-to-date with Reddit algorithm updates, subreddit rule changes, and engagement trends
- Being genuinely interested in studying and becoming an expert in Reddit marketing
- Potentially managing client campaigns
